Happy woolies customer

I would like to thank woolworths as a whole :) for the love and care they have for their customers .

1st it was Woolworths at Greenstone mall .I forgot my parcels at the counter on a black Friday went back the next Monday ,everybody remembered that plastic bag ,they told me they going to view their footage as its the policy ,they called me and indeed i got my items back ,as they took them back to the floor .One item i didn't get was credited . Thank you so much Greenstone team :)

Then it was Woolworth online :) My order wasn't delivered ,i made a follow up then a lady by the name of Patience called me telling me the items were returned to the warehouse because i was not there to receive my order but she will come back to me .I was shocked cause i expected the delivery and i was at work on that day . Then Asmaa Ismail called me and i got one of my items at a reasonable price :) though i didn't get all my items ,but the most important one was sent to on Friday 8/02/2019. Thank you Patience and Asmaa :)
