Hanger Labeling

<p>So a friend of mine went to woolies to purchase tights / cycle shorts and was in a rush and took what seemed to be her child’s size based on what’s written on the hanger. Getting home only to find out the size was actually not the one she was looking for, Today 03.10.2016 we want to exchange and get the correct size only to be told that cycling shorts / thighs are part of underwear and cannot be exchanged. So understandably the cashier Rebecca had to explain to us the correct procedure but that also was not portrait to us in a good way. It was exchanged and we got the correct size, my point is we customers don’t normally check these things and expect that the pricing and labeling is correct at all times, to get more details please contact Gloria</p>
