Handed over without informing me

<p>My Woolworths account was owing R522 and I was called regularly to make payment arrangement. My last arrangement I made with them was to settle the account on the 25 May, fortunately I managed to pay it off on the 12 before the agreed date. On the 19 i had a call from property agent telling me I am listed for R1800 by Woolworths, so I told the agent I finished paying them. He advised me to get paid up letter immediately I went to cradlestone mall and they called head office and they said I don't owe Woolworths but I owe Daly lawyers as my account was handed to them and they said I must pay R260 immediately at the store for lawyers and I must also pay another R100 at PicknPay for paidup letter and to remove my name, what makes me sad is I was not told of any changes on my account and everytime when I had a call it was just to tell me of my next payment and they never mentioned to me that my account is now with lawyers and I will have to pay them too!! I never signed any contract with lawyers nevertheless I paid all the money they asked me, but I am still struggling to get my paidup letter!!! I am being sent back and forth!!! I was told the lady who deals with the stuff went to eat I must call back after 30 min. Above all Kabelo at cradlestone mall Woolworths is an outshiner!!!!! He really tried too hard to help me. I appreciate it. Just upset that I was not told not even email or phone call to say my account is being handed over!!! So sad. Now please can I get my paid up letter I have a good deal waiting for me and this whole ordeal is blocking my way! </p>
