Handed over for R54 shortfall in payment.

Disgusted that I was handed over for amount of R54 after speaking to agent that shortfall will be paid on 25/10/2017. Dueto bill not being re eived timeously. Debt recovery agent was rude and did not listen to me when I informed her that payment was made on 4/ 10/ 2017 . Customer services at woolies ca not fathom who handed me over. Anyone else had a simi**** problem.
