HANDED OVER FOR A ZERO BALANCE FOR A 2013 CREDIT CARD

I am beyond livid! I had a woolworths credit card which I closed 2013. Today I check my woolworths store card App and next to the credit card Icon a message appears which says I'm. Over 6 months in arrears and have been handed over! I call the financial services and I'm. Told they see the last payment of R36 in October 2013 and there is a zero balance and the account t has not been closed, so. I asked the lady are you telling me I have been handed over for a zero balance and she says yes. I have to go to a woolworths store to fill in a dispute for a zero balance! I closed this account and and people in the finance department of. Woolworths did not do their work properly and I have to now use my lunch time or spare time to go to a store! I don't see why it is my problem, why can't they just close the account.. I have purchased a vehicle had a credit limit increase at woolworths and not once has a woolworths credit card come up on my itc! This is utterly rediculouse, I have ever in my life experience such bad service and see how easy it is for financial services ruin someone's credit rating
