HAIR INSIDE WOOLIES MARSHAMALLOWS

I went to buy groceries at woolworths Honeycrest mall on the 13th March 2018, one of the things I bought was woolworths branded marshmallows 150g. when I got home, I was about to open them when I saw hair inside the pack. I didn't open them anymore, then went back to the same shop to lodge a complaint. I took pics of this as a proof and the pack back. it is disgusting and unhygienic for such to take place, I thought woolworths is up market but this ?? Anyway the store manager(James Davids) told me that he will courier these back to woolies Cape town head office and I should expect the call from cape town and the compensation for this in 24-48hrs max but today is the 23rd of march and still haven't heard from them. if I'm gonna be ignored like this, then I will have to upload these pics on this marshmallows on twitter as I cannot be using soo money on Woollies brands, then get to be treated like a trash. I need feedback on this.
