Hair in Prepacked cooked meal

I warmed up a pack of the woolies pasta pillow for children on sat and when broke up the pasta pillows into piece, I came across 2 little pieces of hair inside one of the pasta pillows. DISGUSTING. when I called the customer care line, I received only an apologee and that someone is coming to collect the food from my house. no one has come through to collect and I find it very disgusting to keep this meal in my fridge any longer. Its very groce to have found hair in the food I usually prepare for my child as woolies boasts quality- I feel they are far from this. my house is practically a woolies store and now after seeing these hairs in my childs meal.. I really feel like throwing out every item I bought from woolies.
