GUGULETHU Store Manager Bad Treatment

I bought a sandal for my sister at Century City on sle and I have an original receipt. I then went to Gugulethu Mall Woolworth to return the shoe and I was told to return it at Century city where I bought this item from as they never sold it at their store. This is a Woolworths Item . and I am sent from piller to post at this store Bear in mind that I have up until tomorrow to return this sale ITERM, The store manager even told one the workers to tell me to either return it to Century city or Vangate Mall, If I can take it to the other store why can't they assist me. What is the return policy. Is the return policy different from the one in stores in suburbs and different from stores in townships? The Store manager is ver arogant I must say.
