Guard at the Door

I was at Woolworths WESTGATE Shopping Centre on the 17-22-22 as I was shopping my son started complaining about a stomachache which led me to stop my shopping and I put inside the trolley as the pains were unbearable as we were about to exit the lady guard at the door said take out the child as store policy does not allow customers to leave the store with an empty trolley. I woke my son up and asked him to hop on my back so that we can go to the car. All I needed the trolley for was to get my son to the car but insad I was shouted at by the Guard. I always valued Woolworths for their excellent customer care but my experience this past weekend led me to believe otherwise.😔
