Guaranteed Tenderness not tender at all

Their BBQ & Onion Rump Beef Kebabs: their packet "Guarantees Tenderness". they were the worst Kebabs I have ever tasted and chewed! Full of gristle, fat, and looked like "throw away meat". I wrote and informed Woolworths but after 2 months still haven't heard from them
