Gross Neglience and Appalling Service

I am highly disgusted and disappointed in the manner Wooloworths treats their deceased clients and family members. My dad and brother died tragically in 2014 and both had accounts at Woolworths and balances which was paid by myself in November 2014 between the period 15th and 20th Nov 2014 at the Dundee store and were handed id documents and death certificates. It is disgusting to be still receiving calls from Woolworths and their attorneys asking for the deceased. For crying out loud does this organisation recruit *********** indiviuals whom are just cold and unsympathetic. They have been told on numerous occassions my dad is late and how can you continue asking to speak to him and further to that a death certificate has been produced. It is so strange that i havent had any issue with my late brother's account but my dad's account seems to be an issue. This is a clear indication that they have lost the documents produced and inconviencing me. I wouldn't recommend people shopping or even having an account with Woolworths.....they dont know about UBUNTU!!!!!
