Groceries not delivered

I placed an order yesterday and it was not delivered. No communication from your team to inform me that they will not be delivering my order. I then called the call center. The lady I spoke to said she doesn't know why there was a delay. She promised to get the store manager to call me. Today is the 27th, I haven't received any call or order. I have spent money calling the call center countless times.
