Grilled chicken → Biltong chicken

<p>Bought a whole chicken at the Seapoint woolworths today. We were absolutely famished but were ever so upset and disappointed to find the chicken dried out and awful. We tried to nibble on what we could and called the Woolworths Manager. He explained that the chicken doesn't stay in the oven for longer than 4 hours!! He would talk to the staff. End of story. But they don't tell the customer that the chickens stay in the oven. We as customers are under impression that the chicken is freshly cooked and juicy. Extremely disappointing and have lost faith in Woolwoths advertising. Only the best and fresh. What a waste of R80!! Quite sure there would've been something more worthwhile elsewhere ..</p>
