Grey meat and zero trollies
I went to the Woolies branch at the North Cape Mall in Kimberley today with two of my colleagues. As we walked down the meat aisle, we noticed that there were distinct differences in the quality of the one pack of rosemary lamb patties vs the one next to it. The one pack contained greyish looking meat that I would be too scared to touch.
What is happening to the quality that Woolies is so famous for? On a well-known South African forum more and more people are complaining about the nosedive in quality of this once respected brand. I would like the management of the Woolies branch of the North Cape Mall in Kimberley to be taken to task on quality control.
And another thing. Can something be done to manage the availablity of trollies at said branch? There are never ever ever trollies available. I have witnessed myself how a cashier shrugs at a client when the client requests for a trolly. Unacceptable. Completely and utterly. Fix this branch.
