Greedy, greedy greedy

Totally appalled by the service of Woolworths financial services. Paid up my account and 16 days later got interest and loan protection (for a zero balance) added to the account because I didn't say the account was paid up. If you pay the outstanding balance what does this mean in your eyes? Still open and pay interest to the greedy supplier. Phoned in on 25/3 and still waiting for someone to phone me back. The account was not closed. Today I phoned in and was assured they will close the account today but hey, sorry you still need to pay the R388 for interest and zero balance and credit protection (what do you want to protect) I hope I am in the position to never make use of you again. Wish I could bill you for not getting back to me.
