Greed vs truth vs value of time
Dear Woolworths Today at Nicoll way your power went out. Your loyal customers stood in line for 10 minutes with their food hoping it would come on soon. Then your staff came past and only after I asked, did the gentleman say, we have someone working on it. I specifically asked are we waiting for someone to arrive or is someone here already? We stood another 10 minutes, in hope, trusting your information. Many left the queue, which continued to grow as you kept your doors open... Your greed far outweighs your effort to please your customers. Then someone came past and apologised for the inconvenience, the technician would be arriving in 30 minutes. Do the see anything wrong here with how you handled the situation? We gave you our time, our trust and were about to give you our hard earned money and you repay us with lies, zero understanding or empathy. Not well handled at all. No manager around or anyone giving accurate info. Clearly your time is more valuable than your customers.
