Greatest Customer Experience!

Just a huge mention to the gentleman working at the Kenilworth Centre branch, kiddies school clothes section. Imagine Monday evening, broken shoes - need to buy a new pair for the next day. My son's sneaker size wasn't in stock in the store, he called the Cavendish branch, they kept the size aside & we drove and collected it within 20 minutes. This was such great customer service from him & it was in fact the 2nd time her assisted us with a query. Greeted by the warmest staff at Cavendish to direct us to the customer service section where we needed to purchase the shoes that was kept aside for us. All this in the evening with a 7 old, set of twin toddlers right before the store is supposed to close. Levels!! WOW!! Impressed!
