Great team player

On Saturday was at Woolworths Maponya, to redeem the gift voucher. When I got at the till was advised that I had to show proof that I got the message for the voucher. To my mind I travel from protea glen to Pimville, and mind you in the message I got didn’t mention anything to producing the messages to them I was only told of an ID. I asked to speak to a manager who wasn’t that much help full and she waited for Cynthia Lesame to come help she explained their process and I explained my situation. Cynthia Lesame sympathize with me and way out of her way to help me and so great full for her assistance she is an asset to the company.

And if there is an incentive program for staff, I would nominate her for going an extra mile.
