GREAT SERVICE FROM WOOLWORTHS

<p>On my previous review I had a massive complaint with customer service at ****arney Mall about my duvet cover Antonette did not despatch as requested by our Riversquare branch, but hey guess what? Ntombi once again rendered me a great and speedy service as she was not aware of the original problem because she was absent from work and thinking I was sorted with my duvet cover, I thought to give her a call last week and follow-up, maybe, just maybe I would be lucky and still get my beloved duvet cover. I did and she delivered. I just collected it and Ntombi you are the epitomy of grace and friendliness, the world should have lots more of you.</p> <p>Thank you so much!! </p>
