Great service from Woolies Canal Walk

<p>A ordered a ladies boot from the Woolies at Canal Walk a few days before Mother's Day. The sales lady that assisted me was friendly, professional and helped me track down the size that I was looking for. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name but because of her I managed to give my mom something that she really wanted. The sales lady phoned the various branches whilst I was there in the store with her. When she could not get hold of some of the branches because the might have closed for the day, she took my details and asked her colleague Portia to phone the other branches the next morning as she was working the late shift. Next day Portia called with the good news that they managed to find the right size here in Cape Town, saving my Mother's day. To the first sales lady and to Portia a Big Thank You ladies for the excellent customer service and for keeping your word. Really appreciate it!</p>
