Great Service: Design Quarter

On the 7 October 2017, I visited the design Quarter store in order to purchase linen. A lady by the name of Cerina had assisted me. She was extremely helpful and patient. Cerina has the perfect personality for the customer service division. She also assured me that Woolies does not practice animal cruelty, because I initially thought that geese were hurt in the process in order to get goose down feather linen. Thanks Cerina, you an asset to Woolies!!!
