Great Service: Click and collect
I would like to thank Woolworths for initiating the "Click and Collect" option. It is a progressive idea and should be made available at more locations. People should also be encourage to utilise this service. I just pick up my order at Greenacres in Port Elizabeth and I would like to thank the staff for their friendliness and efficiency. I will definitely be using the service and will encourage friends and family to do the same. Thank you Woolworths for taking this initiative and to allow for these alternative options of shopping.

26 Apr 2020, 18:22Hhmmm, it is now few days later and I just received a message from Woolworths that my order was cancelled ("as you requested"). Well, I made no such request so Woolworths just cancelled my online order.
This is rather disappointing from the Retailer. At least if they did not lie that I requested to cancel the order.
I guess I was happy to early with their service efficiency as now it seem to go backwards.
