<p>I broke a bottle of wine by accident in the Woolworths food store in Arcadia, Pretoria.<br />The manager was nearby and handled it with utmost professionality.<br />He went to fetch me a new bottle and put me at ease about what happened.<br />The cashier was equally friendly and helpful.<br />Lovely service, keep it up.</p>
