Great, helpful staff member Woolies Bluff

I usually do my Woolies shopping online. But yesterday being mothers day, the delivery slots were full. So I had to drag myself to Woolies Bluff (Durban) to get stuff for lunch. Walked in the first time, the shelves were practically empty. So, me being the impulsive person I am left in a fit and went to Checkers. Now the problem is, if I'm hosting, I cannot buy food anywhere but Woolworths. So I abandoned Checkers & went back to Woolies. One of your assistants, who I came to learn is "Ndumiso" immediately noticed me and commented that I was back. Told him yes, I couldn't find anything in the other shop so I'm back. He stopped what he was doing and asked what it is that I was looking for. I gave him a rundown of what I needed and he literally got everything for me, where there wasn't anything in stock he gave me alternatives. Now I'm not saying I've converted and will shop in-store, BUT, that employee you have there is a star!
