Great friendly service

I have been looking for a somewhat formal coat for sometime , i eventually was told by a friend to check woolies . I did and didnt find anything i like at the time , fast forward a month of searching i eventually found a coat i really like and was prepared to pay the R2K .

I went to a parow centre store and i was told that Tygervalley store has the coat in question in stock . I then called them , was transferred to the men's section and spoke to a Gentleman named Mamkele . He told me they do not have stock after me giving him the garment code and he checked for me which store does have . He found that Canal store does have and i made my way there only to be met with disappointment , they had no stock ....... however the Manger assisted me ... not sure of the spelling of her name Sade' (lol as in the famous singer ) . She was very professional , assisted me quickly and said the other side of the store may have what im looking for . walked around to the other side , boom found what i came all the way for .

Great service from the staff from different stores , thanks again Sade and Mamkele .
