Great food, poor service

I had breakfast at Woolworths Centurion Mall. and it was delicious. The problem is, it was cold. There are not enough people working in the kitchen, which means it takes forever to get your food, and then there are so few waiters, that the food is cold by the time it gets to your table.

We only saw our waiter when we ordered coffee, and then breakfast. We had to look for her almost half an hour to get the bill. She never asked us if we would like another coffee.

I feel the food is prepared well, the standard of presentation is excellent, but then it falls flat on the floor with poor service.
