Great employees

Wow, just wow.

My mom and I went to Woolworths N1 City yesterday, 17 December 2019 to return an item. There was a very nice lady assisting us but needed the help of her senior (think it might have been the manager), also a very nice lady who assisted us. The manager then said something to the lady who assisted us and at first I thought she is scolding her but then I noticed she just basically forced the employee to take her break because she has been working non-stop the whole day and at that time it was already past 5pm/6pm. I've also noticed that the lady is new at the company and that is why she asked for a bit of assistance from the manager. It was really heart warming to see a manager still care about her staff and making the employee feel so appreciated. If you take care of your staff they will take care of you. Your company can be very proud to have that new employee who works so hard, so long and still gives excellent customer service and a manager with such great qualities!!
