Great Customer Service

This is one of those quaint small little food Retail Stores of Woolworths. I had purchased a few perishable items which did not last as long as it should have. I called the store the following week as I was quite busy with meetings. I left a message and was informed that the Store Manager would call. I received a call on the same day, but was unable to take this call as I was in a meeting. I received another call first thing the following morning and was introduced to Jeremy. Wow, what a pleasant call it was and I immediately got an explanation of what might have happened. I was not even asked for my receipt. Upon visiting the store, I was met by a lovely shop assistant who went out of her way to get Jeremy for me. I was treated with so much courtesy and warmth and was provided with options. Well done to this lovely store. I have always had great shopping experiences here. Most definitely the store to shop at in the Zeekoevlei/ Grassy Park Area. Well done Woolworths... the Woolworths difference.
