Great customer service delivered

On the 24th November 2017 I had bought a Christmas present from your store and needed it to be wrapped, this quickly became an issue whereby everyone was telling me that they could not wrap the gift as it was to complicated. When I was about to give up there was a sales lady by the name of Khanyi Xakavu who approached me willing to assist to the best of her ability. I am deeply grateful for her service that she provided and think that you need more people like her working for your company.
