Great customer service

Big up to Woolies Woodlands. A lady helped me when I was desperate for items on special (those fluffish bedding sets a pink and Grey). This lady ws patient with me when I called ad it was towards time to close when I could not get stock a Kolonnade. She even advised me to check gps for estimated time and indeed I was to arrive on time. When I got to the shop she saw me carrying the items we spoke about and recognized me saying I am luck no customer came before. She had promised to call and let me know if a customer buys them so I don't waitse my time and petrol. I was happy, my kids love their duvet sets. I wish I had taken her name. Also woolworka Zambezi junction when you call the staff is always helpful, I like calling to check if they still have rotisserie chicken on Sundays. They always tell me estimated time remaining for next if they still being grilled.
