Great Customer Service

Last Sunday I went to purchase a few items from the Constantia Village Woolworths. I was looking to buy a box of chocolates and found the Decadence Chocolate Selection (315g) box labelled at R69.95. When I got to the till, it wrang-up as R89.95. I mentioned this to the cashier who called on Jill (the manager on duty at the time) - Jill went to check and confirmed the incorrect price was labelled. She then proceeded to give us the chocolates for FREE because of the inconvenience, when all we were expecting was the reduced price. Thank you Jill, for going the extra mile and delivering great customer service. Woolworths is lucky to have you!
