Great Attitude & Service From Princess at Woolies

I went to Woolworths Brigh****er Commons on 10 November 2015 to buy some clothes for my son. Princess was on the floor and asked me if I needed assistance - I said yes please and boy did I get more than I bargained for! Princess could see I was struggling with backache so she found me a seat and brought the stuff to me to see and examine - my son was supposed to get one outfit - based on Princesses service, friendliness, willingness and GREAT customer service I spent over R2400 and he got four outfits please a whole lot of underwear. Thank you Princess - you changed the bad perception I had of that branch because I had security being very rude and disrespectful to me on the Friday (6 Nov) before. Both of these (the good and the bad) were reported to the branch manager. Please recognise and reward Princess for her outstanding customer service.
