Great and friendly service

I have been using Woolies for the past 6 years and the service has always been ok. But this morning was beyond my expectation when I went to buy chicken @ Horizon View store. I was served by Portia Tau who greeted me like we have been friends for years. I had forgotten my woolies card and needed to use my voucher. Portia explained thoroughly that it not allowed but she will try her best to assist me with my ID. She went to the enquiry desk to verify my details and came back to assist me. Her attitude is to be commended. She gave me every reason to stick to Woolies.
