Grace from financial services-***- RUDE AND STUPID

Rude woman by the name of Grace hung up on me twice when i tried to enquire about my account. i made a payments electronically but they keep on sending me smses. i never got a a chance to give he my card number to check and if their back statement is well updated, she was so rude i had to ask her spell her name as she was not keen to pronounce it. SHES BETER OFF AT HOME AND THINK AGAIN.

she's not fit for Woolworths services as she is not willing to help customers. i know my rights as SA Citizen and will take it up further as she's really bad and clearly she's one of those who got jobs by knowing someone within. stupid Grace with doesn't deserve the slogan of "making a difference"
