Got injured in the store

I went for shopping on Saturday 13-02-2016 with my son at woolworths farramere. while busy shopping there were lot of vegetables crates all over the place because the merchandisers were busy replenishing. While I was about to pick the cherry tomatoes, lot of crates full of vegetables fell on me and they hurt my pills. the responsible manager at that time logged and incident and advised me to go to the doctor. I immediately took myself to the doctor and she wrote a note and prescribed some pills to me. I handed the letter to the store and they told me head-office will contact me till today I am still waiting.<br> <br> My hip is still painful and woolworths didn't even pay my medicall bills
