got injured due to unserviceable trolleys

I was at woolworths in houtbay doing my grocery shopping when a jar of chutney slipped through the trolley in a hole that was in the trolley. The chutney fell and broke on me and cut me badly. All this happened on 27th November 2015 and management promised to call me to find out what the doctors said. Till this day I have yet to get call from Woolworths. I am very disappointed in the way that this was handled. I used to hold woolworths highly but after this incident i doubt I will ever shop at woolworths.
