Got an injury from woolies heel trim boots

Dear hellopeter I've never been so disappointed with Woolworth in Jabulani mall I've purchased trim heel boots and they have injured my toes I took them back to the store and they only refunded me and said they'll take them to the technicians and they'll call me till today still waiting for their call... I'm so disappointed and week I couldn't wear any shoes but flip flops. It's unfortunate I can't share the photos of my toes... From a big company like I'm truly disappointed
