Goods were never delivered or refunded

I made an online order from the Woolworths website and they never delivered my order. First they said that the stuff was delivered... and then they changed the story and said the stuff was out of stock and the money was never taken from the credit card. When I sent them proof of the credit card transaction they started ignoring all my communication. I never got the ordered goods and I never got a refund. That’s how Woolworths online operates!
