Goods not delivered!!!!!!!

I had purchased a few items online. When the parcel had arrived only 1 of the items was in the parcel. After speaking to the agent she had assured me that someone would contact me within 48 hours as she had to find out from the courier what had happened.

3 WEEKS LATER many a follow ups and still Nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No refund no courtesy no insight as to where the other part of my order is!

Very quick to deduct the funds from my account but it’s been like pulling teeth from a damn chicken getting my items!!!!!
