I had a problem with a gift voucher I purchased for someone. <br> When i phone Woolworths call centre, the call is answered promptly. Mandy got the branch to issue a new voucher and contact the person to collect new voucher. I am very impressed at how quickly and effectively this matter was solved. Thank you.
