Good Service from Sharon Mokgwabone from Assist Line

<p>I’d like to compliment one of your excellent employees Sharon Mokgwabone for good service. She provided me with excellent service from the time I logged my claim. She provided timely and helpful advice regarding the leaking geyser. She also ensured that service providers were sent to my house to do the assessments promptly as promised. When I gave her feedback about the conduct of their service providers she acted immediately, apologized and went further to ensure that Isaac the manager, gives me a call to resolve the matter. Even though my geyser is not yet fixed, Sharon keeps me updated. She calls me every two hours to check progress and has been on constant communication with the supplier as the geyser is still under warranty. Shortly after that, Vuyo from the claims department phoned to inform me that my claim was finalised and would be paid in three working days. At 16h00, noting that the supplier had not come, Sharon phoned them and they told her they had appointed a new service provider. She has a caring approach and she is a true professional. Please accept my gratitude towards her and Isaac for their speedy and efficient services.</p>
