Good service For expired goods

I would like to compliment Woolworths Maponya for the service I received yesterday from a gentleman (didn't take down his name) from the food department. So the previous day I had bought baking powder at Woolworths Westgate and realised it was expired (Dec 2018,really not good ) so I took it back to the Maponya mall retail and the guy was friendly even though he was not from customer service he showed me where to go and also waited until the whole exchange of product was done. For my trouble I received another baking powder by another brand for free. Keep it up Maponya mall I hope all the staff are also this good
