GOOD MANAGER

<p>On Sunday (fathers day), 18 June 2017 I took my husband to Woolworths, Constantia Village in Cape Town for breakfast. The waitress came to me to indicate that my order will be delayed, but my husband's order is ready, i had no problem and they served him. 30minutes later......albeit very long......the manager on duty ( 10:00 ish in morning) came to me with my order and apologised. I guess I was in a good mood and accepted his apology. He even gave me a freshly squeezed orange juice on the house for my understanding. At least he was courteous when he explained the reason for the delay, and a completely acceptable reason. I don't eat often at Woolies, but my order was DELICIOUS and worth the wait.</p>
