Good day. I have an issue with woolworths. I ordered online and the orders went through. When i called them to go and collect they start stories that what i ordered is out of stock. I then called their customer service centre and was advised to look for a store that has what i ordered and call them back once i find one. The agent i spoke to said i could call and ask to speak to her which i did and was advised there is stock available at the greenstone store. When i called back the agent that answered refused to put me through to the lady i initially spoke to and advised she had told me something impossible to do. He said there is no way to change the store of collection from their end and i had wasted my time and airtime trying to find a store with stock. I still have not recieved feedback as to what will happen now as i already paid for all orders and they went through. Woolworths is trash
