good customer services

I have repeatedly had to return items to the woolworths store in gateway due to quality, but i always coincidentally get through to a nice lady called CZIWE . This women knows how to treat customers and i constantly receive excellent customer services from her thou i wasn't happy about the products. WOOLWORTHS need more representative like her. Thanks Cziwe
