I had a bad experience with a product purchased at the Woolworths at Cape Town International airport store. I was then contacted by manager named Andre. He was very friendly and he assisted me with resolving my issue in a very professional manner. The replacement items I received was 100% the Woolworths quality we look for when purchasing at any Woolworths Store. Thank you again Andre for tending to my query so speedily .
