GOING THE EXTRA MILE

<p>Some months ago I enquired as to when tulip bulbs would be available at Woollies. They said end October. Closer to the time, I tried to order via their online sales, but they were out of stock. I contacted them and Celeste from the Garden Route Mall started hunting for some :). There were none available locally so she contacted HO and they eventually contacted the suppliers. It wasn't long and Celeste phoned me to come and collect my 2 glass pots full of tulips! </p> <p>She kept me informed along the whole process and it's a big thumbs up for her excellent service.</p>
