Going the extra mile

Shopping is hard enough with a little one in tow - and to make things more challenging I only had a couple of minutes to spare before I had to collect my older child. Desperate to find the perfect blouse for a meeting the following day I was pressed for time. Sadly - a number of the staff in ladies wear department of Sandton City Woolies - were so hard pressed by rules and regulations...however - there was one lady who was so helpful and was willing to go that extra mile. Akhona Shange was kind, friendly and kept my son entertained while I raced a few different outfits. Thank you Akhona for recognising the urgent situation I was in and being willing to make a difference.
