Going the Extra Mile

One Tuesday, the 14th of July, a ***** broke into my vehicle in Bloemfontein and stole my handbag which was hidden behind the passenger seat of my vehicle. That same evening, I received a call from Woolworths Customer Services and the person on the line told me that he had a lady on the line who claimed that she was in possession of my handbag. She called them when she found my Woolworths Rewards Card in the bag. Woolworths immediately contacted me and I confirmed that my handbag was ****** the very same day. I was then connected with the lady who told me that one of the technicians who worked for CFS Fire Services (Bloemfontein), picked my handbag up next to the road and he handed it in to her. I am extremely happy, since Woolworths did not give my personal details to some strange person who claimed to have had my handbag in her possession and they even went the extra mile to connect me directly to her trough their telephone system. I collected my handbag today and found all my cards, including my driver's license in the bag. I want to thank Woolworths for going the extra mile for their customers.
