Going round in circles

I am being harassed by people who say they're a debt recovery agency on behalf of Woolworth's. I have asked for a breakdown of this apparent debt,of which I have no knowledge, but after giving them all of my contact detail and also being assured that they have my new details, they still have not furnished me with any detail. Where to from here?
